Fluoroplastic tower random packing
Random (dumped) tower packing is our main product line going forward. Six shapes in a full range of sizes, molded at our Suzhou production base in fluoroplastic resins — PFA, PVDF, ETFE and ECTFE, plus PEEK, FEP and PTFE grades listed in our catalog — for the most corrosive absorption, scrubbing, stripping and distillation duties.
Applications: oil refining, chemicals, fertilizer, caustic soda, sulfuric acid, power generation, wastewater treatment, coking gas, and pharmaceuticals.
Polyhedral Hollow Balls Φ25–Φ89
Two hemispheres of staggered fan-shaped vanes form one sphere, giving a very large specific surface area — over 200 m²/m³ for the Φ50 size. Used mainly in power-plant water-treatment CO₂ stripping equipment.

Pall Rings 16–100 mm
Low pressure drop, high capacity and high efficiency — lower pressure drop and better mass transfer than Raschig rings, with even liquid distribution through the bed. For separation, absorption and stripping units, atmospheric and vacuum columns, amine decarbonization and desulfurization, ethylbenzene, isooctane and toluene separation.

Intalox Saddles 25–100 mm
Saddle-shaped packing whose bed forms arc-shaped liquid channels with more continuous voids than ring packing: high void fraction, low pressure drop and low height of a transfer unit, high flooding point, thorough gas–liquid contact, low specific gravity, high flux and fouling resistance. Widely used in packed towers for petroleum, chemical, chlor-alkali, gas and environmental industries.

Cascade Rings 16–76 mm
A flanged rim on the side wall adds mechanical strength and breaks the ring's axial symmetry, improving orientation when dumped. The flange keeps gaps between rings in the bed, cutting gas resistance, and its contact points collect and redisperse liquid along the surface, renewing the liquid film — a further step up in mass-transfer efficiency over Pall rings.

Heilex Rings 56 / 76 / 100 mm
An injection-molded, open-structure packing: high flux, low pressure drop, corrosion resistance and good impact strength, and the pieces do not nest in the bed, so wall flow stays low and gas–liquid distribution stays uniform. Suited to gas absorption, cooling and gas purification processes.

Tellerette 46–90 mm
Developed by Teller A.J. in the USA in 1956 and also called the Teller Rosette, this ellipsoidal packing is formed from many interlaced rings. Its voids hold a high liquid inventory, so liquid stays in the column longer, gas–liquid contact time increases and mass-transfer efficiency rises. High void fraction, low pressure drop, high flooding point and low specific gravity — used mainly in gas washing and purification towers.
